A woman in a peaceful counseling session

Your mind and heart matter too.

Pregnancy, adoption, and early motherhood are emotionally complex. We offer free, compassionate mental health support — counseling, grief care, and community connection — for every woman we serve.

Whole-Person Care

Emotional health is not a luxury. It's a necessity.

The women we serve carry enormous weight — unplanned pregnancies, adoption decisions, grief, trauma, and the pressures of early motherhood. We believe caring for the whole person means caring for the mind and heart, not just the body. Our mental health support is free, confidential, and available to every woman we serve.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one sessions with a compassionate counselor who understands the unique emotional weight of pregnancy, adoption, and early motherhood. A safe space to be fully honest.

Trauma-Informed Care

Many women we serve carry histories of trauma. Our counselors are trained in trauma-informed approaches that prioritize your safety, dignity, and pace of healing.

Resources & Self-Care Tools

We provide practical tools — journaling guides, coping strategies, reading lists, and community referrals — to support your mental wellness between sessions and beyond.

Things We Want You to Know

You are not broken. You are human.

So many women suffer in silence because they believe their struggles are a sign of weakness or failure. We want to speak truth over that lie. These are things we believe with our whole hearts — and we want you to believe them too.

Reach Out Today

Struggling emotionally does not make you a bad mother.

Asking for help is an act of courage, not weakness.

Your feelings — all of them — are valid and worth addressing.

Mental health care is healthcare. You deserve it.

Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone.

God's grace covers every hard emotion you're carrying.

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

1 Peter 5:7

Common Questions

Mental health support, explained.

Do I need a diagnosis to receive mental health support?

No. You don't need a formal diagnosis to reach out. If you're struggling emotionally — with anxiety, sadness, grief, fear, or anything else — that's enough reason to ask for support.

Is counseling available if I don't have insurance?

Yes. Many of our services are free. We also connect women with community mental health providers, sliding-scale therapists, and Florida Medicaid-covered counseling options in Jacksonville.

Can I get support after placing my baby for adoption?

Absolutely. Post-placement grief is one of the most profound emotional experiences a woman can face. Our counselors are experienced in supporting birth mothers through this journey — for as long as they need.

What if I'm in crisis right now?

If you are in immediate danger or having thoughts of harming yourself, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact us and we will help connect you with immediate care.

Is faith-based counseling required?

No. While our organization is rooted in Christian values, we serve all women regardless of faith background. We follow your lead on whether faith plays a role in your care.

How is mental health support different from postpartum support?

Postpartum support focuses specifically on the period after birth. Our mental and emotional health services are broader — available to any woman navigating pregnancy, adoption, grief, trauma, or life transitions, at any stage.

You deserve to feel whole again.

Our counselors are here to listen, support, and walk with you — completely free and confidential. You don't have to carry this alone.
